Cypress Hill are being sued after they allegedly broke copyright laws - by stealing a song from a blues singer, without obtaining permission.
Syl Johnson is claiming that the rap group sampled his track 'Is It Because I'm Black?' on their 1993 song 'Lock Down'. The offending song can be found on the band's classic 'Black Sunday' album.
TMZ says Johnson has filed a suit for $29 million (£15.7 million) against Cypress Hill, as well as publishing companies. read more
